Hi guys, I’m in a casting right now and I wanna show live what happen… This is a normal casting for Police campaign… Casting for campaign is very important for money, for agency, for make new picture, it’s for that reason that have a lot of people and it’s very hard take the job… I’m here from 30minutes but I think I will lose other 1 hour… The people are waiting do everything, talk, read, smoke cigar… Mmm someone, play with iPad, write on iPad ;-), play football … And now I’m taking all my positive energies, also if it’s just little today, and go inside to do my max to take the job!!!

Ciao Ragazzi, sono in un casting e volevo mostrarvi, live, cosa succede. Questo è un normale casting per una compagnia di Police… I casting per le compagne sono molto importanti per guadagnare, per l’agenzia, per fare nuove foto, questo è il motivo per il quale c’è sempre molta gente in attesa ed è molto difficile prendere il lavoro… Sono qui già da 30 minuti e penso che perderò ancora un ora… Le persone aspettano facendo un po’ di tutto, parlano, leggono, fumano sigar…mmm alcuni, giocano con ipad o telefono, scrivono con l’ipad ;-), giocano a calcio… Ora raccolgo tutte le mie energie positive, anche se oggi sono veramente poche,ed entro a dare il massimo per prendere il lavoro!!!

Now we go inside of model life! The Castings!!! How do it?? Which clothes choose? What do? The carrying out of castings it’s very different from every different country, but also for different client. For example It’s very important have a good book in Milan, while in Shanghai you can haven’t it because in 2 months I use only 5 or 6 time, also if i have 3-4 castings by day on average… The most important thing is that the client is catch from you, so, open your soul and put on your body and your attitude all positive power and happiness, joke but with education, but I’m sure, it’s really important the positivity! You need to be dressed with your style, without something strange, put just a little be perfume, take care your hair, put Make up on your dark circle after hard night. So you need show the best of yourself and you at the best and the job will be your!!!

Entriamo nella vita vera e propria del modello. I CASTINGS!!! Come affrontarlo? Come vestirsi? Cosa fare?
La modalità di svolgimento varia molto in funzione del paese in cui è svolto, ma pure in base al cliente che lo effettua. Per esempio, a Milano è fondamentale aver un buon book mentre a Shanghai potresti anche non averlo, in 2 mesi l’avrò usato 5-6 volte con una media di 3-4 castings al giorno… La cosa fondamentale è che il cliente sia attratto da te! Apri la porta alla positività e a tutta la tua allegria, scherza ma con educazione, il cliente potrebbe essere il tuo capo per un giorno! Vestiti come il tuo solito, senza eccessi, profumati ma non troppo, cura i capelli e mantienili puliti, metti un pò di make up sulle occhiaie per rimediare alle notti insonni o a qualche macchia sul viso. Insomma, mettiti a tuo agio, e mostra il meglio di te, e mostrati “meglio” che puoi, così il lavoro non potra scapparti!!!

ImmagineHi guys! Today I wanna talk to move your …°@°!! You can’t go inside the fashion world just because you was born like model!!! Yes, ok, you need some measures, but how many people could be model or also Top model but are doing some bad work?? A lot!! If you have not the luck to be scouted on the street, on the beach or on supermarket so you need to move on agency!!
But pay attention to go on best agency or talk with good scout!! You need to take care and take some feedback to don’t lose your time or also your money!!

Ciao ragazzi, oggi voglio parlarvi e spronarvi ad alzare il cu.. e prendere iniziativa!! Nel mondonon si entra perchè si nasce modelli! Si bisogna avere le misure giuste, ma quanti ragazzi protrebbero essere modelli o addirittura diventare Top model e invece sono rilegati a fare lavori poco edificanti? Se non avete la fortuna di essere accalappiati da qualche agente, al mare, per strada o al supermercato, allora fatevi avanti e andate voi per agenzie!! Ma mi raccomando, fate attenzione! Informatevi bene, prima e dopo, potreste perdere tempo, nel migliore dei casi, o anche soldi… Mi rendo disponibile per aiutarvi a muovere i primi passi della vostra carriera.
